退款政策

This policy explains when money comes back to you. It is a draft for review by the accountant.

1. Failed jobs

When you confirm a job, its quoted price is only reserved. If the job fails, is refused by the safety check or cannot be completed, the reservation is released at once and nothing is charged. If only part of a job succeeds, you pay only for the successful part.

2. Unused wallet credit

• You can ask for a refund of unused, paid wallet credit at any time while your account is open.
• Bonus, promotion and referral credit is not refundable and is used first when you pay for jobs.
• Approved refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days.
• The payment provider's fee is not deducted from your refund.

3. How to ask

Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, or use the contact form with the topic "Refund". Tell us the amount you want back.

4. Not a reason for a refund

A successful result that you do not like is not a failure. You can make it again as a new job.
