Privacy policy

This policy explains how ClipKart (clipkart.app), operated by Arifur Rahman, Via Millo 45, Roma (RM), Italia, VAT number IT02042140430, the data controller, processes personal data. Contact: [email protected].

1. What we process

  • Account data: name, email address, password hash or Google account ID, language and settings.
  • Content: your chat messages, uploaded or linked files and the results made for you.
  • Wallet and payments: balance, transactions and payment references. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach ClipKart.
  • Guests: a random cookie and keyed hashes of the IP address and browser, never the address itself.
  • Technical logs without secrets, tokens or full prompts with personal data.

2. Why, and on which legal basis

  • To provide the service you ask for (contract).
  • To keep the wallet, invoices and tax records (legal obligation).
  • To prevent abuse, with the bot check and rate limits (legitimate interest).
  • Marketing emails only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Who receives data

Processors that run parts of the service: hosting and storage (IONOS, Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google, if you choose it), and AI providers that process your prompts and files for the job you confirm (for example fal.ai, Google, Anthropic, Groq). The list with their countries and safeguards is completed before launch.

4. How long

  • Guest data and previews: up to 7 days (previews: 24 hours).
  • Account data: while the account exists.
  • Projects and results of accounts that never topped up: 7 days. Projects and files of paid accounts: 90 days after their last change, with an email 7 days before they are deleted. Brand kits and characters are kept while the account exists.
  • Payment and tax records: as long as the law requires.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export and delete your data, object to processing and complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante). Deleting your account removes your files from storage.

6. Cookies

ClipKart uses cookies needed for the session, security, language and theme. It does not use advertising cookies.
