These terms apply to ClipKart (clipkart.app), operated by Arifur Rahman (Ditta individuale), Via Millo 45, Roma (RM), Italia, VAT number IT02042140430. By using ClipKart you accept them.

1. The service

ClipKart lets you ask, in a chat, for clips cut from your videos, new videos and images made with AI models, voiceovers and explainer videos. Previews are watermarked. Results made with AI are labelled as AI-generated.

2. Accounts

• Some features work without an account; saving results, the wallet and the free AI video need one.
• You keep your sign-in details secret and are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher.

3. Wallet and payments

• You top up a prepaid wallet in euro. Prices are shown including VAT before a job runs.
• When you confirm a job, its quoted price is reserved. You are charged when it succeeds, never more than the quoted price; the reservation is released if it fails.
• If a model becomes unavailable and an alternative has a different price, you are asked to confirm the new price first.
• Disliking a successful result is not a failure; making it again is a new job.
• Wallet credit can only be used on ClipKart and cannot be transferred. Refunds follow the refund policy.

4. Your content and your rights

• You may only upload, link or import material that you own or have the right to use, including the rights of the people who appear or speak in it.
• When you import a video from YouTube, TikTok or Instagram, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights. ClipKart stores this confirmation with the time and the link.
• Imports only fetch videos that are publicly available, without logging in to any account on your behalf. If an import fails, you are asked to upload the file instead; a failed import is never charged.
• You give ClipKart the permission it needs to process your material in order to provide the service. ClipKart does not use your material to train AI models.
• You must not ask for content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that impersonates real people without their consent, or content that infringes the rights of others. Prompts describe styles, not the names of studios, films or brands.

5. Takedown procedure

If you believe that content processed with ClipKart infringes your rights, use the contact form with the topic "Takedown request", or write to [email protected], with: your contact details, the work you own, the link or the description of the content, and a statement that you act in good faith. ClipKart answers within 7 days, removes or blocks content that clearly infringes, informs the user concerned, and may suspend accounts that infringe repeatedly.

6. Availability and liability

ClipKart uses external AI providers and may change or stop models. ClipKart is not liable for indirect damages; nothing in these terms limits rights that consumers have under the law.

7. Changes and law

ClipKart may update these terms and will announce material changes in advance. Italian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
